Boys 96 - August 1 1996 to July 31 1997

Boys 97 - August 1 1997 to July 31 1998

Boys 98 - August 1 1998 to July 31 1999

Boys 99 - August 1 1999 to July 31 2000

Boys 00 - August 1 2000 to July 31 2001

Boys 01 - August 1 2001 to July 31 2002
 

Girls 96 - August 1 1996 to July 31 1997

Girls 98 - August 1 1998 to July 31 1999
